Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use honorputs.garden and the services Honorputs Tree Service offers through it. You accept them when you use the site, call the number shown here or send a form. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Honorputs Tree Service Does

Honorputs Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. Each one alone answers for its quotes, prices, schedule, workmanship, safety habits, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, manage or direct providers. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they reply, or how the work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask to see proof of insurance. Get the price in a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist (a tree expert), a lawyer, an insurer or a money adviser. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider. When it applies, also check with your insurer and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Give true and correct details when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request. We may use phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded to check quality and handle billing. You can ask us to stop at any time. Just email contact@honorputs.garden.

Who Owns the Content

The words and design of this site belong to Honorputs Tree Service or the people who license them to us. Do not copy them or reuse them for business purposes without our permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here, and we use all of it. Honorputs Tree Service is not liable for loss or harm that comes from your use of this site, from a provider's services, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
