How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Honorputs Tree Service to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Honorputs Tree Service went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work and service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, start with the provider. Raise it with them directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Know this, though: Honorputs Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.

How to File a Complaint

Email contact@honorputs.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean talking to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office, your attorney general or your local Better Business Bureau. If your issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
